Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd is the region’s leading Systems Integrator, Consultant, Specialist Contractor alongside being a Distributor and Supplier of a vast range of reputable Audio-Visual equipment since it was established in 1951.

We provide the following services:

E&E began in the cinema business and till date, has installed more than 200 screens in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Past installations also include iconic projects such as the National Theatre, Singapore Indoor Stadium, Esplanade Theatres by the Bay, the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Integrated Resort and Convention Centre (MBS) and The STAR Performing Arts Centre. E&E was also responsible for the installation of the Sound, Stage Lighting and Rigging systems for The Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall. In 2014, E&E completed the supply and installation of the sound system and LED giant screens for the Singapore Sports Hub.

For more than 60 years, E&E has been exceeding our customers’ expectations by responding with cutting edge technology and service. We represented Altec for 42 years and Electro-Voice for 5 years before we moved away from the MARK-IV Group and took on the JBL Agency for Professional Sound Product exclusively since 1st October 1993.

We are also the authorized repair center for SHURE, EAW, Mackie, Neutrik, Powersoft, Furman and Symetrix, amongst others. We have a well-equipped workshop with the latest state-of-the-art bench test equipment as well as portable field audio analyzers, processors and TEF machines. We have now more than 100 staff and most of them have been with us for more than 10 years.

All our service and key personnel are equipped with the relevant skills to provide round-the-clock assistance to more than 50 cinema halls, hotel facilities, nightclubs and event venues etc.

Our technical staff are trained to provide maintenance training as well as on-the-job training. We have trained many technicians who worked on our projects and we are fully aware that no matter how good the installation may be, it is only as good as the technicians who operate it.

With a team of professionals across the region, E&E maintains consistency in providing outstanding services for projects of all levels of complexity. Our dynamic professionals who design, deliver and support these installation projects are aspired to meet the standards of excellence. At the same time, with a proven track record, we represent various brands that we continue to work closely with both in Singapore and various markets.

We bought STUDER SEA PTE LTD, a company incorporated in 1983, from Harman International in December 1995 to serve the Broadcast and Recording Industry with the same conviction and relocate them from Cactus Road to Outram Road for the convenience of our customers. We changed the name to BROADCAST PROFESSIONAL PTE LTD on 1 April 2005 to broaden our horizon and better meet the challenges of the new millennium. Broadcast Professional has their own warehouse facilities located at #12-02 Tan Boon Liat Building.

We celebrated our 45th Anniversary on 29th January 1996 in conjunction with the official opening of our own re-built and renovated 4-storey, 5000 sq ft office at 285 Outram Road, just a few doors away from 271 Outram Road where the company first started in 1951. The first floor doubles as a showroom where a range of our product lines are displayed. Demo units of most products are available for evaluation/comparison for the convenience of our customers.

On 2nd January 2001, we celebrated our 50th Anniversary in conjunction with the official opening of the new newly-renovated 4-storey GWH Building at 289 Outram Road. Broadcast Professional occupies the 1st and mezzanine floor, as well as the storage facility in the basement. E&E’s Design and Projects office and Training Centre is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

We also own three warehouse units, #08-08, #08-09 and #10-08 at Tan Boon Liat Building, which occupies a space of 12,000 sq ft in total. The three warehouses are all outfitted with commercial dehumidifying units so that so that the equipment is kept in mint condition before delivery. The equipment is stored on multi-tier racks with motorized fork lifts and stacking equipment to minimize handling damages.

On 1st April 2005, we integrated the service departments of both E&E and Broadcast Professional and relocated to 273 Outram Road. E&E TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD which was previously set up to serve the AV/IT industry, is now the AV/IT service and maintenance arm of E&E. All AV/IT sales are now taken care of by E&E for the benefit of both our AV/IT and Pro-Sound customers.

Our Malaysian branch office in Kuala Lumpur, known as SYSTEMS ELCTRONICS & ENGINEERING SDN BHD moved into a brand new 3-storey building located at No. 16 4/93A, Warisan Cityview, off Batu 2½, Jalan Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur on 1st April 2005. The building houses a 1000 sq ft showroom, a large warehouse as well as a service center with a well-equipped workshop on the ground floor to support and service our Malaysian customers. The sales, admin and accounts departments are located on the second floor.

Our Indonesian branch office in Jakarta known as E&E INDONESIA, was re-established in 2001 after the riots. They moved into a 4-storey  building located at Komplek Agung Sedayu Blok N-3, Harco Mangga Dua, Jakarta 10730. There is a 900 sq ft showroom on the first floor. The other floors are occupied with a service centre, sales and admin departments and well as warehouse facilities.

In June 2008, we opened a branch in India known as E&E SYSTEMS (INDIA) PTE LTD located at #14 Bhatrahalli Old Madras Road, KR Puram Bangalore, 560049 India. The office is also a Systems Integrator and service centre.

On top of our regional offices, we have a wholly-owned subsidiary company, ENG KONG ENGINEERING WORKS, located at Blk 38 Toh Guan Road East #01-53. The workshop occupies 9,000 sq ft and is well-equipped to fabricate and manufacture our heavy steel work like speaker clusters, motorized lighting and scenery hoists, screen frames and curtain tracks. We also have the capability to design and fabricate our own cinema chairs and motorized revolving extendable stages.

In 2011 we celebrated our 60th Anniversary with a dinner at Shangri-La Hotel where almost 500 friends, family and business partners joined us to celebrate 60 years of success.

In 2015, E&E was named in Top 50 List of Local Companies that contributed to Singapore’s 50 Years of Nation Building

We celebrated our 65th Anniversary in 2016 in conjunction with the official opening of our Warehouse and Logistics Centre at 9 Tuas South Street 10. The building occupies a land lot of 69m x 44m (3036.2 m2) and a built-up area of 2766 m2.  There are 4 container loading docks with levellers and four warehouse spaces that measure 27m x 15m x 7m (height) each. The facility also has a lift which can carry a weight of 5 tonnes. The engineering workshop on the premises take up 20m x 10m x 7m of space and is equipped with 3 tonnes of travelling hoist. There is a multi-purpose space and staging area on the 2nd floor  which is 20m x 20m x 7m. The building also houses meeting spaces, offices and a dormitory. Eng Kong has since been relocated to the warehouse in Tuas.
