1. Purpose & Trial Period

• Scope: The Company (E&E) agrees to loan the specified equipment ("Equipment") to the Client for the sole purpose of evaluation in the Client's environment.
• Duration: The standard trial period is 14 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Termination: At the end of the trial, the Client must either (a) return the Equipment in its original condition or (b) issue a Purchase Order (PO) to keep the Equipment.

2. Delivery & Installation

• Shipping Costs: E&E will cover the cost of delivery to and from the Client's site.
• Installation: Equipment is often designed for self-installation; however, technical support will be provided remotely. Any complex onsite installation required by E&E may incur a separate service fee.
• Location: This trial is available exclusively in Singapore.

3. Care of Equipment & Liability

• Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for the Equipment from the time of receipt until it is returned to E&E.
• Loss or Damage: The Client shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment beyond normal wear and tear. If the Equipment is returned damaged, E&E reserves the right to invoice the Client for repair or the full replacement value.
• No Modifications: The Client shall not open, modify, or attempt to repair the Equipment without written consent from E&E.

4. Proprietary Rights & Use

• Ownership: Legal title and ownership of the Equipment remain with E&E (or the manufacturer) throughout the trial period.
• Proper Use: The Equipment must be used only for its intended professional purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

5. Return Process

• Original Packaging: The Client must retain all original packaging, manuals, and accessories (cables, mounts, etc.) to ensure the Equipment is returned safely.
• De-installation: The Client is responsible for de-installing the equipment unless a professional services agreement is in place.

6. Conversion to Purchase

• Auto-Invoice (Optional): If the Equipment is not returned by the agreed-upon date and no written extension is approved by E&E, E&E reserves the right to treat the trial as a final sale and invoice the Client for the full retail price
