Changi Airport, Terminal 2

Changi Airport Terminal 2 has been reopening progressively since May 2022 after closing for engineering and expansion works in May 2020. The terminal provides capacity to serve an increasing number of passengers since international borders restrictions were eased.

With Singapore being affectionately known as the “city in a garden”, Changi wants to bring the magic of nature to all passengers passing through the airport. Terminal 2’s design is heavily inspired by nature, weaving in elements of minerals, water and greenery in its architecture and design.

Located at Terminal 2’s Departure Hall, The Wonderfall offers a brief respite for travellers after checking in their luggage. Situated between two thriving vertical gardens, this impressive 14m-tall and 17m-wide LED wall spans the height of Terminal 2’s Departure Hall. Creating this colossal LED wall required 892 individual tiles, seamlessly joined together into three large and flat segments. The curved LED screen also guarantees you a good view from any spot.
