One Punggol is an integrated lifestyle hub which serves Punggol residents’ community needs. Envisioned as a ‘place of many places’, its design is aimed at enabling and empowering residents to enrich their lives through the activities and programmes of their choice at this lifestyle destination. This integrated concept adopts a whole-of-government approach guided by 3 principles: resident-centricity, optimization of resources and infrastructure, and encouraging community ownership through resident programmes. Led by People’s Association, One Punggol continues a successful model of a community-focused development that encourages and strengthens meaningful engagement, resulting in an enriched and multi-sensory experience for residents and visitors.
