POWERSOFT HAILS SINGAPORE SOUND SCHOOL SUCCESS

SINGAPORE: Powersoft is celebrating the success of Sound School Singapore, a two-day education event that was hosted on July 22nd and 23rd in association with Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd (E&E). Led by technical engineer Remi Orsoni, the seminar covered topics such as Powersoft’s own Armonia software, using Smaart, and an introduction to FIR filters.

The Sound School event took place ahead of a wider rollout for Powersoft’s education programme, with similar events due to take place during August in South Korea and Indonesia. Again led by Mr Orsoni and attended by APAC sales manager Arthur Soh, the tour will first land in Seoul on August 18th and 19th where Korean distributor Dasan SR will co-host. Later in the month, on August 27th and 28th, recently announced Indonesian Powersoft representative Kairos Multijaya will co-host the Jakarta event.

‘Education is important for Powersoft because we are always rolling out new concepts and technologies,’ commented Powersoft brand and communication director Francesco Fanicchi. ‘Our Sound School (as well as our other training programmes) is the ideal tool to inform users about the benefits of our products. We want everyone from sound engineers and architects through to consultants and in-house marketing people to better understand what is possible.’
