Senior Procurement Executive
Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities to support projects and operations. The role covers sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, supplier management, delivery coordination, cost control, and procurement compliance.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities- Manage sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, Purchase Order issuance, delivery follow-up, and order closure
- Procure AV equipment, products, project materials, subcontractor services, and other operational requirements
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service
- Guide junior procurement staff where required
Requirement
Requirement- Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in AV, IT, system integration, engineering, construction, or project-based businesses
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight project timelines
