Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily service operations across multiple client sites
  • Lead and supervise a team of Service Engineers and Technicians
  • Oversee troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification of AV systems
  • Provide technical support for complex issues and service escalations
  • Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with service standards
  • Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor service performance, quality, and safety compliance
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen technical capabilities

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Audio-Visual (AV) systems, with service
    or maintenance exposure
  • Experience in leading or supervising a service team
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
  • Familiar with maintenance planning and service operations
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple sites and respond to operational needs
