Changi Experience Studio, located within The Jewel, is a 3,000 square metres attraction on level 4, that tells the story of Changi Airport in fun and interactive ways. There are more than 20 touch-points laid out across 10 zones at for visitors to immerse themselves into the space which is a unique digital entertainment centre. It is for sure not another run-of-the-mill interactive experience space. Much thought had been put into it, not only on the content, space layout and design but also the technology to be used and how it should be “invisible” to the user. Here, visitors can learn about the history of the airport over the last 30 years, the works behind the scenes that keeps the airport ticking.
