"Below is a compliment for assisting our team with all the necessary setting up and ensuring everything goes smooth.

Basically, we were having our EYW (Experience Yale Weekend) in mid-April 2018, where potential students from all over the world flew over to learn more about Yale-NUS College. Hence, organisers had to approach us requesting for all necessary equipment and system setting up. He cooperated well and shared suggestions for outdoor events set up, to ensure everything goes well as requested from organisers.

To add on, there are few other events where the E&E Services AV Technician attended and ran his own show, such as ‘Student Town Hall, & Recognition of Excellence in Faculty Research’. All these events took place after office hours."

“I would like to convey sincere thanks to you and your team on recent events over the past couple of weeks.

Firstly, I want to thank your team on the committed effort they put in this week when we first had the flickering issue with the giant screens. To have the teamwork through this problem overnight and then have the duo on standby the next day, and they did not give up until a solution was found to the problem was great to see. It gave us a level of comfort that we were in good hands.

Secondly, I would like to give a big thank you to your E&E Services Engineer who always puts in 110% for us when he is down here for pre-event checks etc. We had him here every day when the giant screens and ribbons were being washed. His supervision and checking of the screens and ribbons was excellent. He was very thorough to make sure the job was done as good as it could be. He continued to check the quality of work even till the last hour when we had rain delays. To have him on site last night also gave us confidence we had support during an important period of the event. He is an asset to your team.

He has been patient, cooperative and willing to do a little extra to achieve the objective. Professional as well. The team really appreciates his effort and contribution for this project.
